With more than 15 years of leadership experience across schools in Manchester, Bradford and Leeds, I have built a career on turning potential into progress. Five years ago, I stepped into the role of Principal at a newly academised school requiring significant improvement. Through a clear vision, strategic coaching, and a relentless belief in people, the school achieved a Good Ofsted judgement in just 22 months and continues to thrive.
Alongside my leadership role, I am an accredited coach and a dedicated practitioner of High Performance Learning (HPL). I support schools worldwide as an HPL Accreditor and work as a Development Partner for The Professional Teaching Institute, leading a regional hub of 22 schools. Having recently completed my ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching, I now blend deep leadership expertise with advanced coaching practice. This enables me to help leaders refine their vision, strengthen their impact, and achieve lasting transformation.
My coaching work reaches beyond school leadership, allowing me to spend part of my week supporting a wide range of individuals and organisations committed to meaningful, sustainable growth.

I have successfully completed the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL), deepening my strategic leadership capability and enabling me to drive improvement with clarity, purpose, and impact. As a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT), I am recognised for my sustained contribution to the profession and for championing evidence‑informed practice. Additionally, achieving ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching has further enhanced my executive‑level leadership skills, strengthening my ability to lead teams, shape organisational culture, and deliver long‑term strategic vision.
